I am trying to eat a bit healthier and having foragables daily. Today I picked wild mustard, nettles, stitchwort, wild parsley (be careful picking that as it is hemlock lookalike ) chick weed, penny wort, pig nut and clevers (the tender tips). I will have that in a vinaigrette and serve with veg cous cous. I have been doing it for two weeks now and feel better on every level. remarkable results xxx
