I spent today making some Seville Orange Marmalade which has set me up for the next few months

Mesquite: Just a note = I read a year ago that Seville oranges are not good like grapefruit for people on Statin meds.

It gave my hands a rest from the eternal sheet bends of netting!
I think it is to give visitors an idea of how metal work was performed... but with easier to source and work materials than iron or copper or bronze....I like that , going to make one.
Ref the Casting using Alu cans.. what is the intention behind that as its an Iron Age Fort?? Just wondering really. All sounds very interesting stuff regardless.
