Yup - I'm bringing my 11 yr old. I'm also bringing my new Warbonnet Blackbird hammock for it's first outing...secretly, I'm quite excited.

I like their idea of the double ended stuff sack, can't think why I didn't think of that.

I normally use Metcheck which has changed again, now it's not showing snow either.

I use netweather, and now it is showing a good chance of snow all day on Sunday for the Swinton area!

I`ve been scanked into doing call-out this weekend so I can`t sleep over this time. I`ll call over for a few hours on Saturday though Simon, might even bring the wifey.

Lets hope for snow , always like a bit of extreme weather. Very interested in the tutorials Wayland, what other things are people thinking off doing other than keeping dry and warm. I hope I can contribute something on future meets, but looking forward to the whole thing! Planning to get there late afternoon early evening, sending my students home early to 'research' , it is friday after all.
