I stopped in at the Indian grocer and got a handful of little white aubergines and two handfuls of ladies' fingers.

I had it on my watchlist when they sent a 30% off offer to me that brought the combo down from £399 to £280 which meant it was the equivelant of getting the solar panel for free and a tenner off the powerbank.

I Will do. Tis the next step on my learning journey, started with sourdough bread a few years ago, then butter making, moved onto curing my own bacon which then led onto sausage making, so the natural progression is 'fermented' sausages. Hopefully get this mastered and then it will be onto cheese/yoghurt making.Nice! Please share your results here .

Not so much bushcrafty I know, more self sufficiency but it does mean I know exactly what is going in to my 'home' made produce.
Bit of everything, take it camping for phones, tablets, lights, use it to power my work laptop when I'm out and about etc.Have you got a specific task for it or just general back-up?
