I have the Swiss Cheese and it’s honestly my favourite Swiss Army Knife ever. That serrated blade is perfect for bread, salamis and chorizos and the cheese knife is deadly sharp and plucks a pickled onion from a jar with ease.I forgot about that. But I don’t mean a home knife. Look, there’s a special one for bimbling and that’s most needed.

I had one of those Bokers and sold it. Then missed it and bought one of these. It’s the same knife, but G10 handles. It lives in the van, great food prep knife.
