@RichardJackson The left side is eating tools and the right side is actuals tool that might come in handy when traveling. A pair of pliers, window opener, silcock key, can opener, folding knife.
We’re off to Wookey Hole tomorrow and I’m going to buy a truckle of Cheddar.
I hadn’t realised this, though your dad may have mentioned it here somewhere @PoppyD, there is a cheese cam. Apparently you can have your cheese labelled and put in the cave and watch it mature until it’s ripe and ready to collect.

Just grabbed more cheese this morning after eating a wedge last night. Really good, nutty like a Parmesan.
Also went to Wilkins and Son cider farm. What a place! As soon as you walk in old Wilkins thrusts a half pint in each hand and say ‘dry and medium, see how how want your mix’. No water, additives, just apple juice. All the lads working the press have got a big cup on the go.
