oh, I am having cheese urges, especially after my visit to Brinkworth dairy.

Dont forget; Cheese (and chocolate) is served at room temperature.

I forgot about that. But I don’t mean a home knife. Look, there’s a special one for bimbling and that’s most needed.

I have the Swiss Cheese and it’s honestly my favourite Swiss Army Knife ever. That serrated blade is perfect for bread, salamis and chorizos and the cheese knife is deadly sharp and plucks a pickled onion from a jar with ease.

You must get one.

Hasnt she many knives already?

But, of course, as I say to Dad, going after a new tool

"If your going to make use of it, why not?"

I've had my eye on the Rough Ride Sous Chef for a while.

A little cheeseboard and some crackers stowed inside a Zebra billy sounds like a great idea. Cheese is addictive.

I've got a long handled titanium spoon that not only stirs right to the bottom of my billy but fishes the olives and gherkins out of the jar too.
