i am looking for some projects to do that relates to bushcraft, but that do not need access to woodland or contryside, one that i have seen is a tutorial for a firefork made out of wire, any more ideas?

Look into plant and tree identification first. Once you know what the sources of the materials look like they will start popping up everywhere ;)

Wood based materials for carving and the likes can be found in abandoned industrial scrub land and wasteland.

Wild foods can be found in your garden or hedges and local parks

Leather can be found at charity shops or local markets etc.
