Wow, this is evolving nicely. I had visions of sitting in a tent on my own when I first started the thread. What excellent luck. Very good of you Ivan and I can't wait to pop up and have a look around. Looks like this may be a month or two off so if you need any help, even if it's just general chores or tea making in the interim then give me a PM and if I'm not working I will be pleased to offer my services, such as they are. I work unusual times as a restaurant GM so weekdays are just as good as weekends. I'm only about 10-15 mins away too judging by the map.

The traffic down there will be a nightmare for the last two, which incidentally are the two we are in Northumberland and the only ones I can't do. Looks a superb site.
