Exactly what I was going to say. Not ate cheese for a year now and my tummy a lot smaller and i feel better for it. Used to be addicted

Perl las. Best blue cheese there is. Fresh and salty when young, rich and creamy when older. Beautiful.

I had a Stirling blue when up in Oban a few years ago that was pretty fine too.
