What mushrooms/fungi did you spot? I had a great day in the woods today for it. Found a decent sized (but sadly demolished) Penny Bun, some Bay Boletes, blushers, brown roll rim and various others. Bay boletes were mostly too small to forage so I’ll pop back in a few days I think.

Went for a jaunt in the woods today. Not seeing a huge amount of fungi at the moment, might still be a bit early down here.

Did see this one though, believe it to be Artist's Fungus (Ganoderma applanatum).

That is Ganoderma for sure.

Mushrooms haven’t really happened yet, and I’m about as south as you can get in the UK. Been plugging it down with rain over the last week or so, with a load this evening too. It’s also very mild, so I consider those ideal conditions.

Fungi seem to have their own mysterious agenda and rarely do what I expect. The local deer park here is often home to hundreds of Parasols, I’m finding tons of conkers but not seeing any mushrooms.
