After a recent trip to Leeds and a nice visit to a Japanese restaurant, I was looking for some authentic ramen options for home. The prospect of 9 hours of boiling pork bones in combination with limited freezer space led me to some searching for premade options.

Came across this place and ordered a few to try: https://matsudai.co.uk/collections/ramen

I had that classic Tonkotsu ramen last night. You kind of just heat and assemble it all (and brown the pork) and it’s ready to go.

Very impressed. I’ve got another two to try over the next two nights.

Thought I’d share in case any fellow rural dwellers crave ramen and don’t want the hassle of visiting a city.

Stumbled across this thread by chance. What a belter! They all look quite nice. I really enjoy a ramen but like you don't really have the spare time to boil up the bones.
Definitely giving this a go.
Thanks for sharing. :)

Reminds me of this
