All from birch, the large serving spoon I carved today, it took a couple of hours. The love spoon took a little longer (well many days longer!)

I mostly make plain eating spoons, or cooking spoons lots of them, gradually refining designs.
Latest eating spoons from cherry. I am pleased to say I don't have my first spoon.
