hi all i thought i would start a little thread about spoon making lets see your first attempt to your latest attempt dont be shy they say you get better the more you do so here are mine from left to right=first to lastregards dave

For some reason I decided to fry my first one in oil.

All from birch, the large serving spoon I carved today, it took a couple of hours. The love spoon took a little longer (well many days longer!)

I mostly make plain eating spoons, or cooking spoons lots of them, gradually refining designs.
Latest eating spoons from cherry. I am pleased to say I don't have my first spoon.
