To confirm to the Mods, Skookum is Ash... he's met up with Dave and me.. he's not spamming, just joining in the planning for the Sweden trip.

Realise I'm not contributing much to the planning at the minute... but watching and learning :D

1.9 litre klean kanteen with foam mat backed with survival space blanket. Should stay unfrozen all day long. I also did a nalgene type bottle covered with neoprine. Be good to see what works best.

Well I'm gonna start and get busy with the stuff I need to make, two flasks plus covers, and my toboggan, must get a start on that, I'm going to get a full kit list up by the end of next week

Cool. It will soon be here mate. I opted for snow mobile boots in the end. Rated very low temps waterproof and have liners for half what i was going to have to pay for propper winter boots because of my flipper feet.

But I don't know, what would the road conditions be like, what vehicle would you take ? Could be a cheaper option than flying.
