Just come back from the gun shop with one of these rifles kindly payed for by SWMBO for christmas. Pushes out at just under 12ft/lbs and has a silencer and Nikko sterling mountmaster sights.

Cant wait till christmas day when I can get it out and have a proper play.

Thanks fellas, yup its a .177 I would have prefered a .22 but if it gets me some bunnies all the same then Im happy.

The original sights had been taken off as part of the deal and they gave me a 3-8/40 scope with a rengefinder on the front.

Mac, its got the black stock but its not like any of the ones up on the site I think its a newer model and deffinately looks better. Ill try and get some pics soon

flatter trajectory - faster flying - less affected by wind.

more penetration power.

etc etc.

.177 is the best calibre for a sub 12ft/lbs air rifle - fac = .22
