Missing my Defender, what do you miss?

The car coop used to have a great Ford Ranger truck parked just round the corner from me. Used to use it all the time. Gone now. Perfect fit that thing, and very capable

Oddly for a bloke who has had well over a dozen Landrovers of various shapes and sizes, I miss my Opel Manta GTE Exclusive. Proper XR3i eater it was!

Oddly I'm in one of those moods to sell my Defender at the moment. I've never gelled with this one as it replaced the last one I built and put a lot of my ideas into. TD5 power is awesome though.

Last one was stolen, so getting this one was a bitter pill.

I miss my Manta 200 but would probably be wrapped around a lamp post if I'd kept it.

I miss my first car, it was a Ford Fiesta R reg. I took that thing all over and it never let me down, flew through its MoT every year. I swapped it for something faster that ended up being a hunk of scrap!
last time I did a car check it was still on the road.

It was also 12 years old when I bought it after passing my test.

My first mountain bike, a Saracen Hard Trax, loved that thing. Saved my arris off to buy it, some scrote smashed the lock and stole it from outside the local library. Still pisses me off to this day.
