Oiled the handle of my new friction folder last night, and again this morning. One more coat at lunchtime and she's done. Packing gear tonight ready for an early start tomorrow. Aiming to be there from 08.00 to 08.30. Can't wait.

I was working at winlaton( 2 mins from brockwell) and at 4 am it was freezing but the the suns cracking the pavements Now with no clouds in the sky... can't wait wait for tomorrow

that folder looked a treat mate, id like some sort of thing the same, my new bushcrafter might not be done the glue is setting as we speek, sort of, added extra hardener but still SLOW as out setting.....

car packed the ginger beer dottled all ready to go, just need to lay my kit out for the morning, and finish that god dam knife, i hope.....

if you fancey a drive pop down to Norfolk and go for a walk, its all over the place, my mum and dad live there so i go to the old quary and "borrow" some for a very long time....

i left them all whole for the full experience,...but really you'll only get tail meat from them, or claws on the big boys,...

just got my kit together,...

i got some nasty navy rum for my booze,....

i,m up at 5am , pick the "Harrogate massive" up at 6am...

should have a brew on for 8.30....

i left them all whole for the full experience,...but really you'll only get tail meat from them, or claws on the big boys,...

just got my kit together,...

i got some nasty navy rum for my booze,....

i,m up at 5am , pick the "Harrogate massive" up at 6am...

so, big prawns for dinner then, i hope only 5 turn up now, 2 bags will never be enough if we all turn up....lol...........

licence donsent have a cost,...but it must be granted by the correct body, PLUS,...you must destroy the catch on the bank,...

and under no circumstances freeze them, drive them 100 miles, and share them out between 15 or so crazy bushcrafters, potentially putting other waterways at risk of infestation,..
