Oops didn't know there was a list, I'm still on, the lessons, both canoe and fishing would be gratefully received, I'm still hoping to get and bring a canoe up with me, still deciding what one.

Would love to come (though sans canoe ) if I can get the time off, though I'd need to bring my mutt too? Are both of these things OK with everyone if I can get the time? He's good around folk and really just wants the odd pat on the head as when I bring his sheeoskin and some grub there's not mush elso that fills his time - bar rats and bunnies.
I understand if folks don't like dogs by the way so please just say.

I've got a new job and I need to be on a training course on the Monday so I'll be travelling south on the Sunday.

Well not long now. Will see you all on Friday/Saturday. Have just ordered a midge jacket, on Toddy's recomendation, just in case. It won't look too glamorous, but so long as it stops the By midges.

Is anybody doing anything about communal cooking or are we all fending for ourselves ?

I prefer to do my own thing but if there's a big stew or curry on the go I'm up for it.

I'll bring one or two bags of logs, depending on how much kit i pack. Oh the joys of car camping

No one has offered Shewie and my cooking skills, am afraid, are not up to it.

if it's likeany other meet up Ive been at it will end up a communal sort of thing the dutchies will come out food will be thrown in and wal-la a communal stew for dinner
Im just keeping my fingers crossed i don't have to work next weekend
