i was commissioned by a member to make him a leather edc case for his swiss army knife, a led lenser p3, and a usb data carry device, he wanted a way to carry these items in the small of his back be discrete, and to be black with black stitching he also wanted the bottom closed, so what i have done, as i have with some of my other commissions, i put a retention wall in there so you get the best of both worlds, you are able to shed water if needed, and there is no way of the item coming out, also as he wasnted these items off set, and for the torch to be inserted bezel up, and the on off button is at the other end, and if completely enclosed would turn the torch on if totally enclosed, this eradicated this problem, perfectly.
hope you like it.

Beautiful work as usual mate. Absolutely love it. That's wet moulding is it?

Tell me, have you ever done a sheath like that for a leatherman?

Lovely work as always Lee, I really like these little EDC type belt rigs for the day to day essentials in life.

Cheers,

Very nice

Could you please explain what you mean by retention wall?
It's an extra piece of leather that I put in the moulded pouches, so that the item can not get out the bottom. Rather than completely enclose it it off if that makes sense.
Hope that helps bud.

Beautiful work as usual.

May I ask how much something similar would cost as I want to carry my Gerber multitool, a Swiss army knife and a P3 LED Lenser in a similar configuration, and Christmas is coming don't ya know :).

Thanks

Phill
