how many blankets

i will be doing a overnighter or two soon and il be using my new bedroll one finished,its 12oz canvas and il have a 10mm foam ground matt, iv ordered a dutch blanket to use but was wondering you you think one blanket will be enough.

Depends on a few things, 1,the temperature overnight, hot or cold sleeper? the quality of the blanket?Sleeping clothed?

should be ok on a warm summer night near a fire,this time of year its still a bit cool for me,id opt for two,just in case.

cheers mate iv sleeped out with other blankets but never tried the dutch one, are they as warm as people say.

Just a warning; the dutch blankets are pretty bulky, i doubt you could fit two in your pack. Think of it as 30-35 litres on its own.
