I got this book about 18months ago from the flag fen visitor centre and when looking at it over Christmas thought it was in many ways quite a useful Bushcraft book.
Prehistorc Cooking- Jacqui Wood
It has sections on cooking with clay and hot stones and on the various types of food which where available in prehistoric Britain. It also has sectiosn on sea food, dairy, stews, breads and alcohol
There are also some comments on skills such as the weaving of a replica of the ice man's cloak, sprang weaving and birch bark baskets
I recommend this book as a good one for the personal library although I've not gotten around to making the recipies yet!
