That is bad news. Take the meds, take the rest. You can recover and go on. My Dad seemed fit and hearty until 61, then (bad family genes) rapidly became very incapable. A heart bypass op (4 bypasses) and he recovered 100%, back to working with horse, bricklaying, etc.
By the time you are better, the weather will have picked up. You'll get a lot more done in less time in warmer weather and the glueing will be stronger.
 
Mine was a year ago, listen to the cardiac rehab nurses and do the exercises, good luck. You do get back into doing things, spending today chiselling out an oak boat bailer apart from a walk along beach with dog.
