Thought some of you chaps might be interested in this link, I thought it was really good. Iplayer describes it as "Extreme conditions force two Antarctic explorers to leave their team of sled dogs behind as they fend for their survival"

Thanks for the link . Saw the film awhile ago and enjoyed it.

It's seemingly based on a true story. In that case two out of fifteen dogs survived to be found a year later.
Amazing animals.

Saw the second half of it yesterday.

My Brother in law skied to the south pole with the woman (Denise) who owns/trainned those dogs.
(apparently she was filmed sledding in a scene pretending to be one of the guys)

May have to watch it again.

I love Huskies.

thats pretty cool silvergirl. I have been sledding with huskies, and its is amazing. I would love to work with them in the future, champion creatures,
