Wonderful cypriot cheese, that doesn't melt. So far, i have kebabed them on the bbq (which was nice). Also fried in savoury flour, in a pitta bread with sundried tomato's (marinaded in olive oil, garlic and chilli's). Which was really fab. What else can i do with 'em ? (as a vegetarian)

Just brought a box of Arona (sp) Herb Dumpling Mix. Already as the suet (vegetarian type) mixed in. All you need to do is add cold water and mix it up, then add to your stew /casserole / soup or what have you 20 minutes before serving. Could be handy ?
