Well I have a life to live in between sorting pictures and editing my journal.
I hope to get part three up by the weekend if things work out.
This has been such a gread thread and read I have read both parts at least 3 times each and even though I have never wanted to go somewhere as cold as this I now have the urge!
Well you couldn't go far wrong with a course run by Woody and his crew.

I'm thoroughly enjoying this thread Gary... great pictures and the write up is excellent as well.

Should'nt the course cover frost bite, hypothermia and cold weather
injurys?
Just asking. Didn't the scedule say so?
Yes, it covered that too. We learnt about excessive bleeding in the cold, first signs of frostnip, frostbite and the symptoms of Hypothermia in one of the briefings. I cant rememember which one though-I think we were all pretty clued about that before the trip anyway.
I like the group snow shelter built with the wooden roof.
Its just like a den I built in a ditch as a kid. So quick and simple.
