Ibuprofen gel, paracetamol, a sling, and a bottle of rum.

That should see me right until my docs appt tomorrow.

Upper arm/shoulder has been buggered for knocking on 3 weeks, and while the pain is easing off a bit... i still cant lift a cup of tea. Really fed up of it now. I'm bored as hell.

I’ve two myself now, the other is the infinity both very good rods. Use mine as I cycle to my regular fishing holes, spoilt living in Norfolk and where I live.
Ian got a light lure version, and a sea fishing (heavy) version. He has a friend in Norway, so got the sea one for there. Caught loads off the boat with it. He uses the light lure one regularly at home. He often fishes the local (to his job) river before or after work for trout mainly, he's got nothing bad to say about them.

He's in Whitby now as i type, only for a long weekend, but i'll put money on it hes got one with him. I know hes booked on a boat with his lads.

I use Abu Garcia reel, 8lb line, small tackle box, contains small assortment of weights, floats, shot, a few lures and traces along with hook to nylon, sizes 6 to 18 in size. Why hook to nylon only for ease, I do have a couple of packs of eyed hooks, if I loose the hook but keep the leader I use them. All fits in a box about6 x8, top lid is storage too. Keep it simple along with a collapsible landing net from Aldi I bought about fifteen years ago for £6.99! This all goes into a small seated rucksack, light weight n mobile!

Those will polish up beautifully.
Please don’t convert them to led or anything else that they are not.

(Maybe to add - unless you can make something removable without affecting the existing lamp).

They’ve saved lives.

Ych a fi, these will remain original. Don't think I will even polish them, just a clean. They are great little lamps my only gripe being the glass is not easily removed for cleaning the inside, you have to disassemble the lamp to do so.

I'm not really sure exactly what these lamps are. They're certainly old but they're not like the davvy lamp that I bought for my dad a few years ago. I'm not sure if these are a safety lamp?
