Weekend at loch lomand (loads a pics)

Me and coln18 decided for a wee change of pace, so headed to the north end of loch lomand to bein glass farm where we would start our walk back south on the west highland way.
Colin was testing some ultra light gear out ,his pack was 8kg with all his food and 2l of water .
Me not so lucky I went for the full Bhoona 25kg but done it before so no real hardship
We walked a few miles down the trail and found our camp spot for the weekend

Great pics guys, 8 kg that is light . I hope he didn't sneek any kit in your pack when you wern't looking - like his blankie !!

Haha, 8kgs is a bit of a dramatic change to the 8 tonnes of gear he had at Etive :lol:

Oh, forgot to say, the Golden Eagle had it's maiden voyage over the weekend..... I'm extremely in love! Boxers and a t-shirt in a hammock at -2 and still roastin! Think I'm gonna keep listening to you guys! :D
