Vivaro rear seat conversion.

I know its a long shot but I need some help with rear seat fittings in a Vivaro.

I have seats + belts etc but can't seem to get the strengthening plates separately.

Does anybody have a Vivaro with rear seats that can get to the seatbelt reel to look at the strengthening? Not the belts built into the seats but those that sit in the c pillar.
