FWIW >>here<< is a review in which someone posted back a SAK that was almost totally trashed, and the warranty still covered it. I've also heard of customers being sent new SAKs gratis if their's are beyond repair.
I've yet to hear of them refusing to repair a SAK under warranty. They're obviously a bit stricter with some of their products though (watches, anything with a battery and of course my knife pouch).
