I hope it was recovering other vehicles when it did that sort of damage! and not doing self recovery 'cos it was stuck.

My Old man used to drive an American Half-track, towing an 18 pounder anti-tank gun, only got that stuck a couple of times, Lol

Have you done any rebuilds on those?
