Posts disappearing?

Anyone know what's going on here?

I am missing a whole lotta posts about group buys, especially the Hammock Mosquito netting that was still running.....

As to you question: don't know. I do miss out some threads, but that's because I didn't log in for over a day or so. When I then look into 'New posts' there are so many I miss every now and then some intersting things.

You can also Subscribe to a forum. Just go to "Forum Tools" on the right, in the bar under the "New Thread" button.

- Complete threads have disappeared (not posts, sorry) > as said the Group Buy for Hammock insect net is gone. And that's one I know should be there, because Magikelly had announced shortly ago that he received the wrong nets AGAIN.

- Also: even though I am subscribed to some threads, I don't get emails mentioning new posts anymore. I stumble on threads by accident and see that I am subscribed.

Regarding your first comment: I think that's because most threads in a sub-forum (in this case Group Buy) end up in the 'archives'. ATM I can see about 6 in that section. They don't dissapear, just slip into the archive as a certain amount of time has passed since the last post was made. You can find them with the search function.

Second - don't know ... Maybe subscribe again, as it could be some info got lost when the forums where down a few weeks ago ... And check you settings (User CP).

OK. Is there an easy way of showing all archived posts in a sub-forum through the search function? Or do you have to remember what the thread was about and type in some keywords?

Can you tell us whether you can see the Group Buy forum, about the ninth thread down? Between a thread about match cases and a DD hammock buy.

I think Thijs' and my forumsettings are about the same.

Thijs, if you go to the GB-forum scroll down, you'll see the button New Thread, underneath that there are some other display options. Just select a broader time frame for that forum and you're sorted
