I recently inherited a wood lathe and have been turning things to learn what to do

I'd like to try my hand at turning pens too
Does anyone have a pen turning kit they don't use and are happy to pass on

I would be very grateful

Thanks

Mark

Thanks for the comments all
The wood is Cherry as there were a couple of trees that have fallen down in the wood I help out in and I have saved them from being used as fire wood

Thanks for the links too Aaron

Hey Mark. I can highly recommend these people at this website. I've been to their shop just outside Dover and it's an Aladdin's cave of toys.

My mate Paul does some serious pen turning work which you can see at his website. He uses Stiles & Bates all the time for his kits and supplies.

Lovely mallets mate, very nice work.

I shall be having a good look at the site as I was going to start making Kubatons out of wood.
