Sad news. Today when trying to cut a dried horseshoe fungus in two, my Opinel was KIA.

Next week he would have become 2 years old. Now I'm charged with the heavy task of seeking for a worthy successor.

What would you do with it? Postage from Belgium to UK is a bit to expensive for a broken 6€ knife.
But maybe you can give me some ideas?

You could turn that into a street legal folder I guess

lol sorry didnt see your location. i would just file half the cutting edge back and make it into a tiny stick tang knife. also what remains of the steel on the handle would make a fairly good firesteel striker
