Dave & Dave went down into the woods. They were greeted by a roe who ran off before the camera was ready, so the new toys were brought out of the bag. Dave aka Smoke magnet (Damascus) brought some blue flags to play with,Ok chairs and they are really comfortable.
We didnt really want to get out of them, but the new Hobo stove made by Me Globetrotter was begging to be tested. We had a really good day chatting and testing our new toys. And eating Snorkers.

Sorry Stanley forgot to give you a mention. Stanley was well behaved and enjoyed some snorkers too.
ha, love the chairs, have to say they look a bit posh tho.....
im making variations on these with spent sacks from breweries at 50p a time, then just the triangle of wood which we lean against a tree rather than trusting our lashings to provide a back support!! it also means they are flat and easily transportable from one week to the next as we only have 2hr sessions.
if i were IT literate you might get a pic but..... youll just hafta use yer imagination!!

lots of smoke and flame then!! i camped with a guy who was cooking on a homemade woodgas burner at the moot but dont recognise this cooking stove??

Dem snorkers were dam fine along with fried noodles, and for once stan was calm (he was drugged, ha ha) he posed for the photo, mind you that was at 11 this morning and we had been out since 7 Hunting Squirrels:AR15firin:AR15firin:AR15firin!!!!!!!!!

Been over to the site today, had a bit of a tidy.
Made a rocket stove to use when we meet up just needs to be installed so to speak, so it's permanent fixture there.
