Hey guys,

I'd like to know what "luck" and maybe "luck and love" is, in (old) Irish.
I'm going to get a tattoo of a clover and I might want to put it beneath it :)

Thanks!

Grá = love

Ádh = luck

You must have great faith in human nature to get a tatoo based on a translation given in an internet forum.

I know :lmao:
But on second thought, I like "Prosperity" better.

And I found this about that: http://www.englishirishdictionary.com/dictionary?dict=ie&word=rath%FAnas

The site doesn't work at the moment, but their translation for Prosperity is rathúnas, can anyone confirm that?

I guess they're right, because they also say that Luck is ádh.

Thanks for the responses!
