I don't know who's billies these belong to , but I sketched up a picture when I got back

Another Middlewood I couldn't attend - pity - I miss the place and the company.

Thermal printing is, basically, taking an image, transfering it onto a computer and then printing the image onto leather. The process is digital so even photographs images can be used. It's probable that there would be minimum order quantities though (Think multiple of tens rather than hundreds or thousands) I can dig deeper into the technology (The process is weather resistant - Although I don't know how much so) and look at costs if you like - off the top of my head I believe the leather patches we've had done for a couple of skills weekends have cost £1.50 each - or would have if we hadn't swapped free advertising for the badges

that might be a really good idea, Ill look into this further though i might see about using a different image to this one , its certainly novel and cheap to.

I did wonder how I never did have to refill it! I think a few folks where keeping it topped up.Im afraid I don't recall that I did top it back up, i just stumbled off to bedNo Problem, It was left there to be used
well actually, I stumbled off to throw up because last minute I decided to eat some more of the lovely pig but yanked out a handful of pheasant in the dark.Ive now learned that gamey meat does NOT agree with me. Not at all !!

Now I don't want to second guess the Mods on here, but a man who I consider to be a personal friend and friend to this website, Bernie Garland, who donated 2 of his knifes for this meet and other knifes in the past and future, to raise funds for this website has received a life ban from BcUK.
I for one am sick to death of all the bitching that is going on over here so this will be my last post - I will continue to lurk for now, but if anyone wants me they can find me on..

That is well out of order. He must have raised HUNDREDS at the last meet for THIS website.
And now the discontent amongst members starts to become apparent. People were telling me the other day to take a step back and consider what I was writing. What do they think now that the membership is leaving in droves and one organiser of Meets has also left? Seems I'm not alone. Of course, I'm still wrong though. When this site gets sorted out, I may come back, but until that day i bid you all farewell. Of course, those that want to come over to http://www.bushcraftliving.com/forums/index.php which is a place for those that do but without the ego, then I'll see you there.
