The only critisism, is that personally i felt there wasnt enough food. I mean c'mon, only TWO legs of lamb? they have four legs you know, you could have bought the rest!

A cracking weekend Steve, thanks for the invite. Thankfully the weather was a whole lot better than was forecast ~ it just goes to show that some of us can say 'Looks like it's going to rain' ~ without causing a deluge of biblical proportions .

Again, a big thank you to Steve for inviting us.

Great company, wonderful food and one of my favourite sites.

Debs and I both had a great weekend although I didn't take as many pictures as others.

This was the last evening with just a few of us left by then.

We also finally had a bit of a play with the hollow iron that Dave Budd made for me last year.

And Skadi just had the best weekend ever with everyone spoiling her rotten.

The meals produced throughout the weekend were some of the best I have ever had on a Meet.

Learnt some new recipes that'll definitely be repeated. Gary's English Rarebit was just three ingredients but the flavour was sublime.

I'll second that... The DO roast lamb was so delicious and simple I'll be doing it at home... as for the english rarebit, that's going to be fun doing at home as well
