Hi everyone, I'm after some ideas

I bought a second hand peli case to fit my camera and lens in, but whilst the right price, its the wrong colour, well black.

With its primary use to look after my gear when boating, should the worse happen and its tether go wrong, I'd like to at least be able to see it as it dances away down the river!

I came up with safety high vis stickers, but that seemed a little boring, so thought I'd ask for any inspiration!

Thanks

Drew

You could unpick the stitching from a hi-viz jacket and stick the retro-reflective tape onto the box - only really useful at night, I suppose. You could spray the box with a fluorescent paint?

Webbing is available in differing weights and Hi vis colours. Make a strap, tether or a streamer. you can always remove it when not required.
Hope this helps. Nott sure a peli case would accept paint . Solvent or adhesion problems, and it would ruin the appearance.

You can get bright orange as well as GID and reflective paracord. Is there somewhere you could attach a lanyard on it using these cords? Just an idea. I attach bright paracord to black zippers and GID to torches.

For whatever it is worth. tests show that black and yellow together is the single most visible colour combination, which is probably why animals that want to advertise how dangerous they are to things that might otherwise try to eat them (such as wasps and bees) tend to be black and yellow.

That's a good point, at the moment I'm favouring yellow motorcycle safety strips and dots that stick on, coupled with yellow floating rope leash

I reckon that should do it with the addition of some random other stickers!
