Ah, you see that shows my ignorance, I had meant byke as that's the way I was taught, but I hadn't realised that the word wasn't used south of the border. I thought it was a national though archaic term. Cheers for sorting everyone out M.

I'll think about a blog, might be fun though encouraging me to run off at the mouth could be dangerous!

Looking forward to trying to make some marshmallow fun with the reed sap. Will have to take some pictures of that when I try. I wonder if you have to whip it first?
