Sorry santaman2000 you are right enough there , I should have said, drill or knock out the old primer cap and using the flash hole as a pilot or guide hole drill all the way through the base of the cartridge case.
Only since we are on the subject of arrows and ammo here’s a picture of the handle of my tracking stick two 4/10 shotgun cartridges and a plastic bludgeon.
