Ive made this recently for a member on here.Its for resting a Dutch oven lid on when checking on the food or a place to rest it so you dont get grass or stuff on it.It can also be used with an inverted D/O lid for frying with embers underneath..Its 9in long and about 3 1/2in tall.

Trivet and Dutch Oven lid lifter arrived safe and sound this morning.

I'm very happy with both, as usual Nige has done a cracking job.

I took the trivet and lid lifter to Scout camp this weekend and am happy to say tat both worked perfectly:D
