I guess I grew up with camping - my parents took me on a lot of camping holidays. Then my friend Charles introduced me to the concept of wild camping/survival. Ended up in remote places like the lakes, S.Wales and Dartmoor to name a few. Then I discovered knives and I got hooked too easily! So I decided if I was a certified knife nut I may as well learn more about them and start making them. I'm now working on my sixth blade - prezzy for my brother.
I enjoy bushcraft and currently working on new animal snare mechanisms as well as practising bow drill and flint and steel fire making methods.
