Ok Im trying to think of something for the Mrs to get me for Christmas, I've told her to spend no more than 20 quid on me so what shall I get? I'm looking for anything bushy related, books, DVD's, Kit, Tools etc etc

what do you think?

Swedish Army mess kit, & crusader cup, that is all the eating equipment needed (maybe a spoon too). Difficult to say though as we don't know what you already have.

UCO 9Hr candle lantern, I have one on my amazon wish list for Christmas, its had some reviews. Its about £20.

what is so good about the UCO candle lanterns in comparison to any sort of other candle lantern? I seem to hear a lot about them

Cannot comment personally as I have to wait till christmas to get mine, but the I like the way it has the candle on a spring so it is kept pushed up in the holder all the time. http://candlelantern.com/original.html

Got to agree with JohnothanD with regards to the Swedish Mess Kit...first class bit of kit! I have the very similar Austrian Mess Kit, and if i didnt have one i would love to have one from SWMBO...just my 2pence worth :O)

I'd go for something that you can take on trips, isn't easily damaged (or, for that matter, isn't easily lost ) and will last.
