German Army Boots. Width Sizing?

Does anybody know what "widths" the german army/para boots are made in?

I've a pair of 285/107, but my feet are quite narrow so I have had to use thick insoles to reduce the internal volume (I find my SIDI bike boots and Scarpa walking boots are a good fit, most people find them narrow)

I was wondering if narrower ones were available?

Are the newer versions comparably sized to the older (MkIV) ones?

They are superb boots. I'll probably sell my current ones on if I get a better fitting pair.

iv they do sell them in widths iv never found them:( i really do love these boots but i have really wide feet and had to get rid of them after a short expedition where my little toes where rubbed raw against the edge of the toecap!
its odd, the rest of the boot was a very generous width but the toecap so small:dunno:

iv now settled with british army boots, they are comfy once worn in (not as long as people make out), very waterproof if looked after and last a long time. these come in small medium and large width

Interesting. Yes, the toecap area is the right width for me, but the rest of the foot area is too wide/tall.
-I may get lucky one day when rummaging through surplus shops, otherwise I should maybe try some other boots.

I want some for general use including motorbike commuting, so I'd like something fairly tough and quite high leg for protection, but presentable.
