I have seen some very ingenious way to fish in the wild, what is your favourite method ?

A small mepps spoon on a telescopic rod by a lake, preferably a loch or tarn.

Simple and reliable.

Amerindian style. Block up a river, bash some roots and add to the water, asphxiate the fish and then get a bit of bow and arrow practise in when they come to the surface. Other than that I like a bit of fly fishing, hell, I like all fishing!

Fly rod and fluff on a hook for me. Caught six rainbows today - well chuffed.
