Quite clearly a lot of effort has been made to ensure that this film will be historically accurate.

Brilliant trailer, don't need to see the movie now as it showed all the good bits.
Not really my cup of tea as it looks too much like a video game & I certainly won't be going to watch it on the big screen but if I can catch it online, then I'll probably watch it.

Just watched the trailer - kilted laddie leaping down onto grill is one up on Marilyn Munroe . Worth getting the video and making the popcorn and honey-mead (possibly stag's breath!), Hubby will enjoy too. Who's Eva Green's character? Shreds brain to try to work it out ... If it's Medea I will have to scream !!!

Does look awesome. I watched the special features regarding 300, and they were on about how all the fantastical aspects of the film are realistic from a storytelling point of view and I can see their point. Of course the Greeks would have described the immortals as demonic etc etc. anyway, looking forward to the "sequel"

Epic indeed, it looks huge. 300 looked small scale in comparison, still a really good film though, but this looks like a step or two up the budget scale.
