So here is my first hobo stove.. i made this in a spare hour i had at work and i think it has come out quite nice!

Its made from a scrap bit of stainless pipe work and a bit of plate for the bottom.. i bought a 10cm zebra billy can and made the usual modifications to it..

the finished item is a bit heavy for my liking but at least it wont burn out like some lightweight ones do. i have used it quite a lot and it really does work whether i use a meths stove or just make a fire..

Here is the pipework cut down to a usable size.. it just seeds marking out, cutting and grinding nice and flat.

Here it is all cut and drilled out! Just needs a bottom welding on and a bit of grinding..

Here it is all done just need to modify the billy can now..

So that's the modifications all done just need to try it out now!
