I can confirm that I'll be there from the Friday morning to the Saturday. I've got no idea what you look like Dave, so I'll just around and get others to point me in your direction. Just bought a tarp as well, so you guys can rescue me if my efforts at setting it up outside my tent go awry

Much to my regret I have to bow out of this one at this late stage. I am quite disappointed as I was really getting excited about it.

Fortunately it is for a good reason. On Saturday I managed to bag myself an allotment. This allotment hasn't been used in a while and I need to put a lot of work in up front or I could lose it. With the failing light I am reduced to working on it at the weekend, meaning I need this weekend to get a start on it. Some other good news is that we are actually encouraged to have fires on our plots, so I can practise some bow drill and stuff, yay.

So I am afraid it'll be a while before I can catch you guys.

Me and dave sat in the woods chilling. Rat catchers been to see use and the sites great. Weathers cleared over , not a great deal of dry wood on site but we droped a dead standing today so a few logs around.
