Hey dude, don't give in, I just don't think they are being fair as I don't think fairness exists in any form, they are just going around rummaging through barns and sheds then selling stuff on, just because they did a nice thing, I would guess it was either out of guilt or just being nice, if they were fair wouldn't they have to do the same deal for every single item they sold?

I think perhaps you are illustrating my point, but as I am unsure of your point I'm afraid you have me at an unfair advantage.

My point was being born a King does not confer benefit that cannot be changed. A king is only a king as long as society allows them to be king. You cannot in the modern world make yourself a king. In the old world, the bloke with the biggest gang was king.

If we don't want someone to be king, we can lop off their head (Charles 1 style) or declare ourselves a republic (USA style). The idea of

But on an individual level, it is nigh on impossible to enact the changes that might reflect one's idea of fairness. Lots of people might regard a monarchy as conferring unfair advantages on royalty but they have no power to change the system.

Personally I do not envy the RF. I would much rather be an ordinary and relatively anonymous citizen.
