Happens to me a lot. That and chance hearing odd words and phrases reminds me of similar song lyrics getts me humming or singing along to the song in question til I don't know why I'm singing it. :?

the workshop is right old karaoke show some days, get in the shop, radio on and and sing & whistle along to the radio and shout at the stupid people who phone in to discuss the topic of the day.

occasionally i get the rhubarb and custard theme tune stuck in my head, other favorites include:

Chesney Hawkes - I am the one and only
Metallica - whiskey in the jar (namely the opening riff)
Deep Purple - smoke on the war (again, the opening riff)
Dropkick Murphys' - Fields of Athenry

Old songs and I find myself playing around with them like port a beul :o
"Dance for your Daddy, my little laddie,
Dance for your Daddy,
To thy Mammy sing"

For those that know it, Ah've rin oot o' fish! :D

This song pops into my head quite often. Unfortunately once it does it takes a long time to get rid of it again. Once I start whilsting it though my wife also gets it stuck in her head. ;)
